Dr. Kousar Hedayat was born in a religious family in January 1985 in Isfahan. She moved to Tehran with her parents for continuing her education. She was graduated from Roshangar high school with an average grade of 20 in 2002. She was accepted in medical university of shahid Beheshti in that year.
